Manufacturing Engineer

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer in Worthington!
This direct-hire opportunity is for candidates with engineering experience in a manufacturing setting. The Manufacturing Engineer oversees requirements across quality control, production processes, and material compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Support efforts to maximize throughput and efficiency through reconfiguring processes or introducing new technologies
• Maintain quality compliance with product standards
• Provide specifications to vendors
• Administer testing of vendor-supplied products and materials to qualify them
• Read engineered drawings
• Define sample testing thresholds and determine the root causes of product test failures
The salary range is $50-70,000 depending on experience + 10% performance-based bonus opportunity!

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc) is required
• 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with continuous improvement, lean, and Six Sigma
